Alchemy HR was created by Lola Abitogun in 2021 after she began to notice the growing need for high quality, flexible HR support for founders of small and growing business.
Since then, we have steadily grown our impressive client base by partnering with founders and business leaders to help them navigate HR matters and reduce the growing pains they often experience.
Our passion is building high performing, commercial people teams. We aim to disrupt traditional "HR" teams and identify ways to innovate, automate and generally deliver a value adding service to our clients. We do this by being, finding and developing the best people professionals in the UK.
